The location of hotel is perfect. It is located at Cairoli metro station. Easy to access either from Malpenza airport or Linate airport. after Cairoli station (exit via Dante) just 3 minutes walking to the hotel. its a quiet road, but its quite safe . walking distance to Duomo, shopping street is just around the corner. good value of money. Room is quite spacious, clean, Bed is quite comfortable. Staffs -Cristian and Claudio who help us very friendly and patients to answer our questions and requests. If I ever come to Milan again, I think I will choose to stay here again. highly recommend

The hotel is located perfectly, just one street off from the businest ones, so you can move away from the crowd, but also be right in the center of things as soon as you want to. I walked everywhere. The breakfast is good, and there is a lovely seating area on the gallery, which is perfect if you have to work (as I did). The staff is incredibly nice! I had a few things delivered to the hotel when I was coming, and it was all handled so well. My room was spacious, with a large bathroom.

The best hotel in Milan without a doubt. Let me count the ways. Location: Walk to the most important sites. Quiet Someone remodeled this hotel and fixed every single irritation from every hotel I've stayed in Italy. The bath and shower is perfect. Best rainfall shower with plenty of flow. No doors or shower curtains No bidet taking space, spray wand instead. Electric receptacles everywhere you need them. Both types. Wall mounted wine cooler. Lights and switches that make sense. Best heat/cool controls that really work. Closet with no doors so you don't forget anything. Light shutters on the window. Wine cooler mounted on the wall. Phone on the wall, not on the nightstand. Very extensive fire protection system. Nice breakfast with cooked to order omlettes. Pot of coffee with no wait for a waiter. Cappucino available on request. Excellent, friendly, accomodating staff. Cooler in the lobby with snacks, beer, wine, pop etc. Competitive pricing. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean

The Hotel Staff Stephanie and Claudio were exceptional!! I got sick my first day at Milan and traveling alone was a bit scary. They were so concerned and so attentive that I was okay and if I needed anything. They made me feel safe and not worried. When I arrived in Florence I realized I had forgotten my passport and jewelry in the safe. I called them and luckily no one had been in the room and they keep my things safe until I went back to Milan to collect them. The Hotel has an amazing location. Their breakfast had a large variety of food and beverages. It was all around great! I have only great things to say about the Hotel and especially about the Staff?? Thank you!!

This hotel is tucked away in a quiet side alley right in the middle of the downtown area. Metro station is around the corner. Via Dante with all sorts of shops and restaurants is just a few steps away. You may walk to almost all the major tourist sites. You can walk to the Duomo in less than 10 minutes. Room is super clean and with decent size. Bathroom is compact. Breakfast is great. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful.

Hotel ideally situated to the main shopping and cultural activities, yet quiet. Staff were always pleasant, room was clean, beds and towels changed daily. Breakfast was excellent. Freshly made crepes, pancakes and omelette daily.

Excellent location, close to Cadorna station to reach Malpensa airport (45 min) and a few steps away from via Dante, to visit Castello Sforzesco and Duomo. Beds were very comfortable and staff was very kind. I liked having a small fridge on my bedroom and free fresh water.

Good Location, walking distance from Duomo and train/metro stations. lots of restaurants nearby. Good breakfast. clean and basic. Bit expensive for the facilities provided. However, will save on taxi fare as you find everything at walking distance.

Being greeted by Sophia who checked us in and provided friendship and advice was a bonus after traveling all night. The room was well equipped and comfortable. The hotel location was central and an easy walk to the sights. The hotel is fortunate to have someone like Sophia at their front desk. Great restaurants also in easy walking distance. Also breakfast choices and service in hotel were excellent.
